Neil McCarthy is an Irish poet who
lives in Vienna. His debut collection “Stopgap Grace” draws on years
spent outside of Ireland where he has lived, worked and been a guest
poet in places such as LA, Melbourne, Bucharest and NYC to name a few.
He is also a veteran of 4 Prague Fringe Festivals where he performed
with The Voice & The Verse ensemble. Fellow poet and friend Stephen
Murray has described his book as “a love letter to the world on the eve
